This is a bit of an older picture of the City to Surf route. The hardest part is Heartbreak Hill, but with the proper preparation, you can probably pass most runners right there. Contact me if you are interested in some advice on how to tackle the hill with the right level of energy.

The 40th edition will be held on Sunday, 8 August 2010. If you want to participate, you can register from 23 May 2010 on!
